Cleopatra in a golden headdress and richly decorated collar stands against gilded hieroglyphs. The coin is enhanced with black rhodium plating, colour and gemstone inserts: lapis lazuli, malachite, carnelian and turquoise. A lapis lazuli scarab sits at the centre of the gold coin.
